About Maeve Hackett

Over the years I have achieved many things along with alot of life experience. I completed a diploma in interior design after secondary school with the intent on going back and going to art school. Along my journey I worked part time in a super market so I could support myself and pay my fees, buy supplies and pay for my driving lessons. I gained my full license 8 months after I started driving and have kept this clean since. I ventured off after my diploma into a furniture sales position in Instore to gain more knowledge of products and designs. This led me to find a passion for customer service. I then went into the customer care world and completed a fetac course in computers. I worked for an international customer care company on a part time basis while I was completing my course again. I then started my journey in Virgin Media to which I have gain alot of different skills over a number of different departments. Care, Technical Support, Mobile support, B2B support in all fields including retentions and performance enhancement specialist. I do have ambitions to further progress as people managing/coaching is something I have job satisfaction from. I have completed a number of courses through linkedin also to help further my career. Currently I am reviewing Sage courses as I do have an interest in payroll and HR.
