I truly enjoy applying the expertise I've developed throughout my career to developing and implementing strategic initiatives for nonprofits and small businesses. I have a demonstrated history of successfully engaging communities and professionals in customized outcome-based learning experiences. I am a strong business development professional, well-versed in leading and developing performance-driven change management initiatives in service of strategic goals. My business and organizational strategy experience includes designing and deploying virtual events and learning opportunities, developing and implementing community, customer, and audience-first engagement strategies, project management, fundraising, and creating customized evidence-based practice frameworks. I have a BA from UCLA in Cultural Studies and am a 2020 graduate of Harvard Kennedy School's Media Transformation Challenge, a performance-driven change management program that was incubated at Columbia University. In 2021 I obtained my certification in Corporate Social Responsibility from Pepperdine University and joined Harvard University's Adaptive Leadership Network's EVOLVE program. This cohort of innovative educators and executives from around the world convened for 6 months to identify tools and best practices for virtual and hybrid learning experiences, work I remain connected to as an alumni. My distinctive experience not only sets me apart but it has given me unique skills to meet the ever-evolving needs presented by DEI and remote working.
