About Magda Bacila

At bredent group, I coordinate business projects with a focus on efficiency, productivity and market development. My role bridges Sales and Operations, ensuring strategies turn into measurable results. I believe in the power of strong partnerships and in the courage to set new industry benchmarks. In dental implantology, growth is not defined solely by numbers or markets, but also by fostering authentic and long-lasting relationships with those who truly make a difference: doctors, clinics and patients. I am driven by the ambition to bring meaningful innovation closer to professionals and to contribute to reshaping the way implantology is both perceived and practiced. My goal is to inspire confidence and to build bridges between needs and solutions, between today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. For me, success means being at the forefront of change—together—within a constantly evolving industry, while leaving a positive and lasting impact on the lives of professionals and patients alike.
