About Magda Bruszewski

I am a first-generation graduate of Binghamton University, with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience and a minor in Health and Wellness studies. I am deeply passionate about wellness and am dedicated to understanding how we can optimize health from a holistic perspective, focusing on prevention. In addition to my undergraduate studies, I am pursing a Master of Public Health at New York University, concentrating in public health management. This opportunity will further my knowledge in health promotion while gaining a deeper understanding of both local and global health issues and their implications, in addition to developing skills that will allow me to be a successful leader in my career. I am constantly on the quest for knowledge and thrive on discovering new insights that can positively impact people's lives. From reading the latest research in neuroscience or learning a new wellness practice from around the world, I am eager to share what I have learned to empower others! Outside of academics, I can be found experimenting with new recipes, staying active with workouts, reading, or cherishing quality time with friends and family.
