About Magda Read

As a Co-Programme Leader and Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Management at the University of Lincoln, I combine my academic qualifications (MBA, PhD) and professional credentials (AFHEA, QTLS, MCMI) to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for postgraduate and undergraduate students. I coordinate and tutor various modules related to Leadership Development, Organisational Psychology, Teams and Leadership, Philosophy of Management, Professional Development, among others. I am also an active researcher and practitioner in the fields of leadership, decision-making, organisational development, entrepreneurship, equality and diversity and social enterprise development. I have published in international journals, led international projects in the Philippines, and contributed to the University of Lincoln UNESCO Chair Group. I am passionate about applying my tacit knowledge, coaching and mentoring skills, workshop facilitation skills, and journalism skills to create positive social impact and foster equality and diversity.
