About Magdalena Szykor

For the past 5 years, I have been co-creating an EU grant program with an annual budget of EUR 8.5 million. My role focuses on supporting non-governmental organizations in developing volunteering projects, guiding them through the entire process from application, implementation, and promotion of activities to project settlement. I am actively involved in numerous promotional and dissemination activities for the program, organizing both national and international trainings and conferences. Additionally, I coordinate the EuroPeers Polska network, a dedicated group of young ambassadors for EU programmes. My career began in the international corporate sector, where I gained valuable experience in consulting and investment fund industries. I also hold a valid Prince2 Agile Foundation certificate in Agile Project Management, which further enhances my ability to manage and execute projects efficiently.
