About Maged Beshay

I'm a Senior Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience designing, securing, and managing IT infrastructures across large-scale and remote deployment projects. My career began in hands-on technical support and has grown into leading the full scope of IT implementations — from virtualization and firewall security to backup systems, VoIP integration, and beyond. At Kharafi National, I’ve taken ownership of major IT deployments in strategic locations across Egypt, including Sinai and Toshka, where I designed and executed secure, segmented networks, implemented Active Directory and DNS services, configured SOPHOS firewalls, deployed VMware ESXi hosts, and ensured business continuity through Veeam and Windows backup systems. I’ve also worked extensively with endpoint security platforms such as ESET XDR and used tools like PDQ and PRTG for asset and performance monitoring.I’m passionate about building secure, stable environments that can scale, even in challenging or resource-limited conditions. I enjoy leading IT teams, supporting users, collaborating with departments and vendors, and ensuring that all systems run smoothly and securely. I thrive when solving complex problems, enforcing structure and policy in fast-paced environments, and turning technical chaos into clarity.
