I am a highly skilled Project Management professional with a demonstrated expertise in cost control, scheduling, estimating, and project controls within the cement, power, and heavy engineering industries. My passion lies in ensuring efficient cost management, scheduling adherence, and estimating accuracy, resulting in successful project outcomes. I possess proficiency in utilizing SAP, Oracle, and Epicor, coupled with familiarity with MS Projects, Primavera, and other visual presentation tools for effective project planning and reporting. Throughout my career, I have accomplished numerous key milestones, including spearheading the successful execution of multi-million-dollar projects across West Africa and the Middle East. Notably, I managed and controlled projects with budgets exceeding $50M, leading the groundbreaking of West Africa's first utility thermal power plant and overseeing the installation and commissioning of a steam generator valued at Rs. 405 crores. Adept at managing matrixed organizations, I have directed teams of up to 10 members and coordinated with over 20 internal stakeholders. Furthermore, I have effectively managed contractors and external stakeholders, overseeing up to 300 workers. Through my strategic leadership, I have achieved remarkable cost reductions by implementing bulk procurement strategies for construction equipment and raw materials. In addition to my project management expertise, I have streamlined business operations, reducing turnaround time for consumables and implementing efficient work procedures. I am proud of my contributions to the design and execution of the Process Flow for Oracle 12 installation and development, as well as the successful management of simultaneous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects in the UAE and West Africa.
