Etching; wet and dry etch.Over the course of my career, I have focused on advancing high-temperature synthesis techniques and mastering a wide range of crystal growth methods. These include Czochralski (CZ) and Bridgman techniques, Vertical Gradient Freezing (VGF), Traveling Heater Method (THM), chemical vapor transport, flux method, optical float zone, and slow evaporation. My work spans various applications, with a particular emphasis on solid-state detectors, semiconductor proceesing, and nonlinear optics.In addition, I have developed expertise in CGSim modeling, specifically for crystal growth furnaces utilizing the Vertical Gradient Freeze (VGF) method. This computational modeling capability complements my practical experience, allowing me to seamlessly integrate theoretical insights with experimental processes in crystal growth.
