About Maggie Anderson

With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally enriching environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As the Assistant Director at Lightbridge Academy in Ramsey, I take pride in supporting our teachers, families, and staff to deliver the highest standard of care and education. My work is guided by a deep belief that early learning sets the foundation for lifelong success. I strive every day to foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere that promotes curiosity, kindness, and confidence in every child. I am committed to continuous improvement—whether that’s enhancing curriculum implementation, building strong family partnerships, or mentoring educators to reach their fullest potential. Helping children and families feel supported and valued is truly the most rewarding part of my career.
