I am a clinician, working with individuals using theoretical approaches of attachment, somatic experiencing, interpersonal neurobiology, parts work and existential modalities. I enjoy working with people in life transitions, facing change that requires inter-generational and attachment healing to move through. Outside of my clinical work with clients, I manage a team of 12 Mentors who work with entering clinicians. I helped develop an 18 month curriculum that provides support and stabilization to new employees. I manage 30 clinicians, helping with them with there caseload management, professional development, and clinical skills.
