About Maggie Chan

Maggie is the AVP of Digital Experience at Laurentian Bank. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the organization's digital banking roadmap while leading a team of Senior UX/ UI Designers and Content Writers (EN and FR) to deliver best-in-class digital experiences across owned channels (Public Web, Online and Mobile banking platforms). Maggie is a creative problem-solver, collaborator and strategic thinker. She enjoys applying herself to solve unique challenges in ambiguous environments. She is also bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, bringing a global perspective to her work. As a leader, Maggie empowers her team to be transparent, cohesive, and authentic. Maggie is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, a Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
