About Maggie Chung

With over a decade of experience in Human Resources across MNC and start-ups, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field. I’m a certified professional (IHRP-CP) by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. Recently, I am obtained my degree with Distinction in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University while balancing full-time work and part-time study. In my current role, I manage the full spectrum of HR operations within the organization. My responsibilities include overseeing pre- and onboarding processes, driving staff welfare initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, managing payroll and compensation, implementing performance management systems, and handling offboarding procedures. Beyond these operational duties, I also leverage HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth. Committed to continuous learning and professional development, I actively seek opportunities to connect with fellow HR professionals to exchange ideas and share knowledge. Guided by the belief that growth comes from stepping outside one’s comfort zone—captured in the saying,"Never be afraid to try something new because life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know"—I embrace challenges and new experiences as part of my professional journey.
