About Maggie Flint

Hello! I graduated from Lewis and Clark College with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a ceramics minor in Spring 2019. I have a solid background in customer service, having worked for 5 years in several restaurants and one art studio. I have experience in research and administrative assistant positions, working specifically in data collection with a contractor for the CDC. My degree in Sociology and Anthropology has given me skills in data and research analysis, extensive scholarly reading and writing capabilities, and the ability to assess and explore many perspectives from a variety of different viewpoints. My ceramics minor showcases my extreme passion for the arts, looking at how to combine the creation of aesthetically pleasing works of art while also acknowledging the environmental and social impacts of the art form. My work for Gunderson Human Resources has been centered around recruiting and ramping up our Fitter Welder Training program. My main responsibility is taking applicants through the interview and onboarding process, all the way to performing new hire orientation and assisting with data entry.I love a good problem that takes every ounce of my being to solve. I am always looking to push myself and see what my limits are. I'm a people person and enjoy the opportunity to work with a great team. I am experienced with Microsoft Office, and ADP, and am advanced in reading and writing.
