I’m a strategist, builder, and systems thinker who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments — especially where innovation, operations, and transformation intersect. At Empowerists, I’ve led high-impact initiatives across AI strategy, product team structuring, KPI reporting design, M&A integration, and organizational alignment for a multi-entity, PE-backed group. My work often lives in the “in-between” — the messy, undefined zones where someone needs to make sense of the chaos and move things forward. That someone is usually me. Earlier in my career, I co-built a fintech startup, ran operations for a regional events group, and advised early-stage companies across Canada, the GCC, and MENA. I’ve worked with distributed teams, built scalable systems from scratch, and helped founders take ideas from deck to launch — often while navigating multiple time zones, cultural nuances, and tight timelines. I’ve worn a lot of hats: founder, operator, consultant, mentor, instructor. And through it all, one thing has remained true — I’m an expert generalist. A connector of dots. I bring range, emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity and forward motion. Fluent in four languages and shaped by years working across continents, I approach leadership with cultural fluency, pragmatism, and a healthy respect for nuance.
