About Maggie Guth

Senior Project Manager, Finanical Analyst and Masters of Health Informatics interested in understanding healthcare costs and outcomes through data. Working with Executives, I lead teams of SMEs to solve complex operational challenges. It is worth taking the time to engage others in root cause analysis to understand the larger context of our work. I take pride of workmanship in delivering solutions that are practical, practice-based, and necessary. Using patient level data, I like exploring an individual's care journey through the hospital to understand how they experience the care system and what ways we can improve. There is a certain satisfaction I take from connecting disparate data sets to weave together a landscape of analytics and information for decision intelligence. Data driven decision making, or the art of coming to "Ah ha" moments after looking at good data analysis, is something that guides my work. I want to know what providers see when they think about the processes and systems that support their work, and where leaders, thinkers and doers can use those insights to improve care delivery.
