About Maggie Jackson

I am seeking a new role which best uses my strengths. Great at team building and personal connections,'seeing the wood for the trees'- I can spot errors which are likely to compound and cause problems in up-coming projects. Six Sigma is a method by which processes are reviewed and amended to create the most efficient ways of working. This is my way of thinking, and is of major benefit if I am given the opportunity to make things happen. All this relies on your approach. Take on me and my skills and you have a major asset, but I do not blow my own trumpet, I prefer to encourage others - I will quietly change things and if you're interested you will reap the rewards. I enjoy making life enjoyable for others. So I do not just elicit change, I actively seek to put the spotlight on those who are contributing most effectively - often quieter, less 'loud' people. Do not underestimate the contribution of any team member. My other skills include the more mundane - old school shorthand and typing, software training, a love of problem solving and an ability to truly think 'outside the box'. as well as Excel spreadsheet, database, an understanding of cloud computing and a love of progress. I love to learn and am really excited by the thought of a new challenge.
