I have recently just started working with Cummins Inc and I am very much looking forward to my new journey to further my career in recruitment and talent acquisition, learning and new connections and linking candidates to potential amazing jobs! I previously worked in an RPO environment from taking initial intake meetings with recruiters and Hiring Managers to in-depth proactive sourcing for passive/reviewing active candidates and carrying out initial screenings. I have previously worked within Legal roles, PP & CR and Internal Audit and have assisted in Tech, HR & finance roles over the UK and Paris and Germany. My strong communication & stakeholder management skills help to maintain a high quality candidate experience, which is something that I believe to be of vital to any recruitment process. Just as vital, I also put a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion throughout the process, looking for ways to improve. I have experience with ATS - Taleo, efinancialcareers, LinkedIn Recruiter & Insights and Boolean searching also inhouse tools Avature and Eightfold Roles I have sourced for: Legal - Lawyers, Project Managers, Transformation Managers, Executive Assistants, Company Secretary team Analysts Personal Assistants Internal Auditors - all areas PP & CR - Event Managers, Event Coordinators, Communications, Campaigns roles
