I have been employed with SPC since the spring of 2016, and I am truly grateful for all of my experiences with this company. I have experienced 4 different locations and progressed through several roles. I started my career as an intern for 2 years, while getting my undergraduate in Power Engineering at Maine Maritime Academy. I progressed to an operations technician for 3 years and transitioned to the plant engineer role at Franklin. While in the engineering role, I participated in two career development programs. The first being the SPC Operations CDP and the second was the SC Operations Future Leaders program. Currently, I am one of the operations team leaders at Franklin. I am working towards getting my MBA at Point University, focusing on Business Transformation.
