About Maggie Mongan

Welcome! First, thanks to everyone who assisted me with great opportunities and guiding me through this wonderful multi-tracked career to help serve others! These variations of Volunteerism, Management, Executive Recruiting, Youth Ministry, Executive Mastermind Coaching, Board Member, Non-Profit Leadership, CEO, Business Rescue Coaching, and ordained Interfaith Minister are rolled into one non-stop change agent. When I help others make change happen, I find simplicity is the key to success. I enjoy working with business owners and leaders, who are looking for more simplistic ways to make prosperity occur in the most peaceful manner while honoring people. My approach to advising/coaching/mentoring clients is often dubbed “a fresh perspective”. I am naturally inquisitive and have the gift to notice patterns. This allows me the opportunity to see things differently, from a comprehensive or holistic stance. With this approach, I take complex theories and practices of strategy and distill them into practical and tactical actions for my clients. They gain as we streamline their businesses by utilizing only the appropriate tools and best practices necessary to become successful or sustain a simpler success. Simplicity improves performance! My Business Tenets: Simplicity is the key to success. Everyone wants to do a good job, is valuable, and unique - honor and utilize their skills and capabilities. Authentic servant leadership is kingpin to growth. Peace-filled productivity does make a business/organization prosperous. Profit and success are not dirty words. Harmonizing work and personal life is attainable. “Don’t be an agent for change; be the agent OF change.” ~Maggie MonganCompetitive Advantage CoachCertified MasterMind Executive CoachLeadership Rescue CoachOrganizational Development & Transformation SpecialistBusiness Plans & Strategic DevelopmentProcess Improvement SpecialistSeminar FacilitatorGlobal SpeakerArchitect of Authentic Business
