I partner with NYC nonprofits serving teens and young adults—especially runaway and homeless youth—to deliver trauma‑informed, somatic, and creative programs. My work centers safety planning, affect labeling, grounding, and songwriting/journaling so young people can build voice, agency, and connection. I’m a New York–licensed psychoanalyst, author of “I AM” and “Skinless” (Second Edition, 2025), and an ASCAP singer‑songwriter with three EPs and performances alongside legendary NYC jazz soloists.
