I’ve seen the tremendous impact of a Chief of Staff in streamlining organization processes, improving employee culture, and advancing the goals of executive leadership in a business environment. That’s why I’ve built, tested, and implemented a successful Chief of Staff framework, so students, professionals, and organizations can benefit from the wealth of tools, resources, and knowledge I’ve accumulated during my career. As the Chief of Staff to a President at a Fortune 40 company—a multibillion-dollar business with employees—I built the president’s Chief of Staff model from the ground up to create a highly successful team, drove efficiencies, and established executive back-office structure that will be in place for years to come. As a highly versatile leader with a strong orientation for action, I’ve been able to quickly develop sound but flexible business processes and systems which enable teams to scale at a rapid pace, with an executive presence that offers leaders confidence and trust. Now, I’m sharing that with motivated leaders looking to level-up their skills, career options, or organizational effectiveness. My work style is upbeat, curious, dynamic, collaborative, and culture-first. I have an unwavering curiosity, and a genuine passion for leadership and work culture.
