As VP of Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, I am always trying to be ten steps ahead: strategizing outreach, refining systems, empowering your team, and building partnerships that actually work to drive our mission. I believe in structure and soul — my emails are clear, my meetings intentional, and my programming always circles back to one thing: making life better for all kids because they deserve big futures. I'm a realist who dreams big, creative with a calendar, and a change-maker who can troubleshoot in the morning and inspire in the afternoon. Above all, I'm someone who shows up — for my team, my mission, and myself (convertible top down, of course).
