About Magnus Harrison

With over five years of experience as the founder and CEO of Twisted Leaf, the world's first coffee leaf beverage company, I have developed a passion for creating sustainable and innovative products that challenge the status quo and make a positive impact. I have successfully led Twisted Leaf from ideation to implementation, winning the national Creative Business Cup Denmark in 2017 and expanding to multiple markets across Europe and the US. During founding Twisted Leaf, I worked as the Operations Manager and Interim Head of Operations at Studenterbolaget, a fast-growing social enterprise that provides affordable student housing and community services. There, I applied my skills in process improvement, problem solving, and strategy development to help the company achieve its most profitable fiscal year and consolidate its business during its rapid growth period. I also collaborated with a diverse team of politicians, chefs, community leaders, scientists, and innovators to deliver high-quality and inclusive solutions for the students and the society. My career has been driven by my values of responsive and inclusive leadership, social justice, and environmental sustainability. I have a background in project management, human rights, and international relations, and I have participated in various educational and professional programs that have enriched my knowledge and network, such as Spark Cph, Humanity in Action, and New York Summer Fellowship. I am an introvert extrovert and a raging optimist, and I believe that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
