About Maha Ejaz

As a Program Coordinator at Interior Health Authority, I manage and implement various projects related to clinical education including data management and reporting. I have worked as a Project Management support for various teams to develop project management structures, design and deliver presentations and educational content, and create and track work plans. I have also lead the adoption of Smartsheet as a project management tool, providing necessary training to the team members. Among Project management tools and softwares, I have had the experience to work with Asana, Monday.com, Later.com, Student Information Management System, Laboratory Information Management System, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, MS Office and others. I have a Master's degree in Molecular Microbiology and Virology, where I conducted research on viral infections and molecular mechanisms. I am passionate about learning and exploring new topics and domains, and I have a versatile skill set and management experience including volunteer coordination, and staff and public supervision. Additionally, I have a keen interest in event management, conservation, community outreach, and outdoor education, and I have obtained multiple certifications in these areas, such as Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid and Wild Outside Instructor Certification.
