Maharani is a Company Secretary by Profession with Post Graduation in Law and Accountancy from Osmania University and a holder of Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune with dual specialization in Finance & HR. Currently pursuing Phd in Law. She has a post qualified experience as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of over 16 years and an overall Corporate exposure of more than 2 decades handling Compliance, Secretarial, Legal, Finance and Administration functions in the Manufacturing Industry, Power Generation and Service Sector. She is currently associated with “GATI LIMITED” a Company Listed with NSE & BSE at Kondapur, Hyderabad, since mid 2019 as a Key Managerial Personnel designated as a Group Company Secretary. She is handling 3 operating entities and other 7 subsidiaries with well managed Board consisting of Directors who are professionally qualified at a very senior level. She was a Women Director and continues to be a Director on the Boards of Private Limited Companies. She is a highly dignified professional guided by professional ethics both in letter and spirit. She maintains very good rapport with all the Regulatory Authorities including offices of Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and Official Liquidator. She had handled legal matters and appeared before judges of various High Courts, Civil Court and Criminal Court w.r.t. Company matters interacting with the Company Lawyers
