Experienced Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education sector. Currently part of the Department of Leadership and Educational Policies | Faculty of Education. Strong academic foundation with a PhD in Post-Secondary and Adult Education, Educational Administration, and Psychology. Served as Assistant Director of The Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Centre, driving improvements in administrative processes and fostering impactful educational experiences. Additionally, I have worked as a consultant for the Deanship of Community Service and Lifelong Learning, offering meaningful programs tailored to support both the academic community and society at large. With a passion for leadership, personal development, and well-being, I’ve delivered numerous professional development workshops that empower individuals to lead with purpose and resilience. My dedication to learning and development inspires my work in training and teaching, where I focus on helping others enhance their skills, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. As founder of The Happiness Office KSA, I’ve created a virtual space to support individuals in building strong relationships, embracing personal growth, and fostering emotional well-being. My work is grounded in an ethical and socially aware approach, with unwavering commitment to empowering others and fostering lasting impact through education and coaching.
