I’m dedicated and detail-oriented with nearly 7 years of experience at Apple, currently serving as a Genius Admin. In this role, I manage all operational activities in the Genius Bar, ensuring a seamless and efficient repair process for both customers and internal teams. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences — from keeping clients informed on repair progress to proactively addressing potential challenges before they arise. I’m highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy, loss prevention, and operational excellence. My ability to anticipate roadblocks, maintain precise records, and foster a collaborative team environment has consistently contributed to Apple’s high standards of service. In addition to my work at Apple, I’m currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Florida International University (FIU). I aspire to bridge the gap between psychology and technology — leveraging insights into human behavior to create more intuitive, human-centered experiences in the tech space.
