I believe life is holistic and there are many areas of life that bid for our attention. Drawing on 20 years of experience, I offer lifestyle coaching, workshops, and retreats inspiring, guiding and supporting others in shifting daily habits and mindset for greater health, happiness, and fulfillment. People say that working with me is easy because I am open hearted & open minded as well as organized and highly efficient in my delivery. My intention is to meet you where you are, understand what you want and support you in getting the results you're looking for. with joy, ease and fun along the way.Passionate about supporting others in living life on their terms with less stress, more energy, clarity and focus to do the things they love in life. Along with a team, I operate a corporate yoga business where we provide yoga, mindfulness and fitness classes in person and onsite. Our intent is to bring Mindfulness to the Moment. I’m a down to earth, reach-for-the-skies, wildly spirited woman. Fortunate to have spent over a decade of my life traveling the world, I've been blessed to explore a myriad of cultures, traditions & healing modalities which taught me the value of slowing down, tuning in and prioritizing myself and my deeper calling. For almost 2 decades, I’ve turned my life into art, work, play & exploration. I'd love to guide you into your fullest expression. I live in Vancouver, BC with my teenage daughter by the ocean.
