Over the course of my career, I have developed proficiencies in diversity programing and project governance, training and mentoring, operations management, program development, process enhancement, and risk assessment and mitigation. I have devoted my career to developing the vision and leadership that foster employee growth and DEI efforts while positively impacting businesses and communities. Being a resourceful professional, I excel at bridging teams, capabilities, processes, technologies, and market demands/intelligence to develop effective programs/solutions. With a forward-thinking mindset, I am adept at assisting the organization in uncovering hidden biases and addressing unfair hiring and development practices to benefit company culture, boost growth potential, and promote employees’ value. Moreover, I possess consultative and influential skills that assist me in resolving complex challenges with teams and internal clients while building productive partnerships with leaders. Currently, I serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Research Specialist at the Department of Homeland Security, overseeing critical intelligence research and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities for Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In harmony with these duties, I maintained a 95% employee retention rate by establishing a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, focusing on employee growth and morale. Apart from my professional experience, I have completed a Doctoral of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Master of Science in Cybersecurity, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Security & Management, and involved in the DEI Strategy Starting Accelerator Program, and pursuing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Executive Certificate. Moreover, I possess active TS / SCI Clearance.
