With a deep-seated passion for the apparel industry and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset, my journey has been defined by innovation, impact, and resilience. At just 30, I have played pivotal roles in revolutionizing Bangladesh’s RMG sector through leadership, technology, and ethical business practices.As Deputy Managing Director of Shangu Tex Limited, I have helped transform the company from an $11 million exporter to a $35 million industry leader in under eight years. Managing 25 production lines with a capacity of pieces per month, I have led strategic expansions, championed sustainable growth, and built strong international partnerships—driving excellence at every level.At Nordic Textile, a company I co-founded, we are reshaping the apparel market by combining deep industry insights with a fresh, innovative approach. Our mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge fashion trends and responsible manufacturing.Recognizing the need for technological transformation in our industry, I launched Shangu Infotech, an ERP software solution made by factory, for factory. This game-changing platform optimizes efficiency, streamlines operations, and enhances decision-making for RMG factories, setting a new benchmark for industrial automation in Bangladesh.Beyond textiles, I co-founded AlterYouth, a pioneering C2C scholarship platform inspired by microfinance principles. From inception to execution, I was fully involved in scaling the platform, which went on to gain recognition from Google, Dubai Expo, and Grameenphone before evolving into a self-sustaining, automated system that continues to empower underprivileged students.Through every venture, my goal remains the same: to create value, drive change, and build a future where business and innovation thrive together.
