I am a result oriented Sale & Marketing professional with more than 33 years experiences in food ingredient,food additive,flavor, Natural colour, Nutraceutical ingredient, Health Food Ingredient, Preservative, Antioxident, Vitamin E, WPC 80, Soya protein isolate (Industrial Markets) experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning & Execution, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Operations, Management, Team Building, Leadership and Process Orientation across several industries. In food Drug & cosmetic ingredient segment In my business head role I have been able to turn around a struggling business by re-establishing the Go to Market Strategy, Backup Infrastructure and Resource Development, Application and Business Development and setting up New Business models. These have helped the business establish a strong base and out beat competition in – India. In this Strategic role, I have been instrumental in conducting Macro and Micro Analysis of Flavor & food Drug & cosmetic ingredient (Customer and Industry trend analysis, Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning of food drug & cosmetic Customers and their future expansion needs), New Opportunity Assessment, Business Case preparation and launching and introduction of New ingredient businesses' in India. In my Marketing and Sales role, I have been leading Brand Management and Brand Promotion, Pricing Management, Competitive Intelligence, Value Selling, Sales Promotions, Industry and Government body interactions, Distribution Expansion and Management, Customer Acquisition and Key Account Management. In my various assignments, I have been instrumental in helping quite a few Foreign and Indian companies establish an Entry and Market strategy for India by Market analysis, Competitive Intelligence, Industry and Customer analysis, Demand Supply and Techno-Economic feasibility studies.
