I am diligent and motivated individual who has a practical approach to challenges and problem solving. I have experience in leadership roles that entails day-to-day management of business and the implementation of short- and long-term objectives. I am eager to be challenged to grow and further improve my skill set and use my technical knowledge to benefit the organisation. In my current role as a Group Financial Accountant, compliance officer and Admin Manager I am required to build company culture aligned to the values and business brand and to provide inspired leadership to the management team. My vast experience from both my audit and commercial background has equipped me with the necessary skill to excel in any Financial, Administration, compliance, operational role and management role in a various sectors. I have strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, enabling me to interact with a wide range of clients and staff at all levels. In addition I have a broad-based experience in using variety of computer software and systems to perform duties. I have more than 6 year’s experience in managing and leading teams across multiple sectors/clients and managed teams with approx. 20 members, ranging from junior staff/managers/contracted staff to first year trainees, which resulted in my ability of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve the desired objective. I have a passion to travel both locally and internationally which will allow me to explore and understand the different cultures which will allow me to broaden my mindset. I am confident that I will be a success in any work setting as I am able to grasp new concepts readily which will add value to an organisation.
