Architect Engineer with 9 years of Experience, excellent communication skills & academic qualifications, processing a proven ability to ensure projected Architectural Design and formed according to the conceptual phase while also being functional to meet the requirements of the client also to be safe and meet the social environment needs- Conceptual theories are what create and builds a projects own persona- Previous Experience: Creating architectural drawings containing setting layouts, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling layouts, elevations, sections and details - Previous Experience: Planning fire safety (fire department) plans ensuring entrances & exits oriented in the suitable places and user accessible in times of emergency according to regulation to meet the facilities needs and tenants safety - Previous Experience: Residential / Commercial Architect for 2013-2017 (5 Years)- In charge of a design team of 4 architects, producing different design ideas depending on client requirements and tackling design issues in existing projects in need of solutions & development. Achievements:+25 residential villas in Kuwait and 2 Residential Building in Jordan-Amman - Senior HealthCare Architect since 2018 - Currently 2023 Incharge of specialized hospital rooms (Design & Built) working closely with Private and Governmental Sector along with specialized installation teams. Coordinating closely with different manufacturers locally & internationally.
