About Maher Hanna

A multi-talented, accomplished entrepreneur, Maher is the owner of MAG Real Estate, a fully integrated RE company providing development, construction, property management, architectural design, trade products, and luxury housing to discerning customers across South Florida. Maher got his debut in the renovation business painting backyard fences and bungalow living rooms at age 16, always seeking new ways to increase output and quality. He obtained his general contractor’s license at 18 in Montreal, Canada. By the time he completed his structural engineering degree, he was already running commercial construction and multiplex projects through his own general contracting firm. Fast-forward 30 years later, following multiple commercial successes acquiring and overhauling businesses in various sectors, Maher has built a highly synergistic network of real estate-related companies in South Florida. He began investing in distressed properties shortly after the 2008 crisis, and transforming them into luxury homes, which sold out rapidly. With a penchant for beauty and luxury, an obsessive attention to detail and to customer service, and a vow to never overprice, his work increased the value of entire neighborhoods including high-end Boca Raton gated communities.
