A conscientious and versatile Architectural Engineer with experience in the design and development of projects together with managerial skills for projects including resorts, hospitals, hotels, residential & commercial buildings, etc… Devoted involvement over 9 years at Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners) has earned progress from Junior Architect to Projects’ Coordinator in charge of comprehensive sections of major development projects. 1- Developed expertise in office based tasks, coordination works and site supervision management. 2- Experience in liaising with master developers, Lead consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities. 3- Experience in performing due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing, primary estimation of projects and budgeting in coordination with Lead Consultants. 4- Knowledge of FIDIC, Conditions of Contract and Tender procedures, negotiations, contract agreements and project costs including generating all correspondence, letters and contractual communications. 5- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibility between the project team to meet time-lines and budgets. 6- Experience in managing multiple projects, planning and evaluation requirements, cost loading, contractor monitoring and budgetary constraints. 7- Knowledge of Estidama “PQP” (Abu Dhabi Sustainability requirements) 8- Recognized for attention to detail, adherence to standards, with highly developed technical expertise with exceptional skills in managing teams.
