I am a versatile, accomplished & goal-oriented professional with 27 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Talent Acquisition; and responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle. I’m currently associated with Duroshox Pvt. Ltd, Sanaswadi, Pune as Head - HR & Admin, and looking after 3 plants, having workforce. Achievements: o Awarded with “Best Employee of the Year” in the first year of the new 3-Star hotel for developing and evolving systems. o Successfully designed & implemented online PMS incl.
