About Mahima Sahi

I’ve always been curious about who we are, how we connect, and how we heal. That curiosity has anchored my 10+ year journey across therapy, research, and mental health innovation. My expertise spans adult mental health, Gottman-informed relationship therapy, and gaming/screen-based addictions. My doctoral research on problematic gaming laid the foundation for a larger exploration: how digital habits influence emotional and behavioral change. Today, that inquiry guides my work in both clinical care and strategic innovation. As Co-Founder of heyy (Singapore), I helped build a preventive care model that delivered over 2M+ conversations globally and supported employees across India, Singapore, and Indonesia through an evidence-based psychological first aid system (validated through the esteemed faculty of Psychology Dept, Christ University, India). Currently, with clinical & strategy focus at eMbrace, I design and scale structured, high-quality care programs for neurodivergent and mental health needs. My focus is on building clinical depth, robust supervision, and quality outcomes, while driving innovation through research-led interventions. I collaborate with product and business leaders to ensure that what we build is clinically meaningful and sustainable. With a strong clinical foundation and training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), alongside 20+ international publications and recognition including WHO FIDE Membership (2024) and the Emerald Literati Award (2024), I create maximum impact in building robust clinical systems.
