Dr. Mahima Singh is a distinguished academician and Head of the Research Centre, bringing over 8 years of industry expertise and 12 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Holding a Ph.D. in Commerce, she is an approved research guide in Financial Management and has made significant contributions to higher education through her academic and administrative roles. Her dual specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management has enabled her to design innovative curricula and enrich pedagogy across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She has held several pivotal positions such as Institution Innovation Council (IIC) Coordinator, NIPM Coordinator, and Journal Editor, actively driving academic quality and cultivating a research-oriented ecosystem. Her excellence in teaching has been honored with the Best Teacher Award by Alard Group of Institutes. Dr. Singh has published and presented numerous research papers in national and international journals of repute, including Scopus, UGC Care, and peer-reviewed platforms. She has also contributed to academic governance as a Board of Studies (BoS) Member at Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, where she was engaged in syllabus development, faculty recruitment, and academic evaluations.
