With 10+ years of experience in IT, I have a proven track record in system administration, IT operations, and infrastructure management. Over the past 9 years at Beit ELGomla, I have successfully advanced from technical support to System Administration to System Engineering. I have supported infrastructure planning and led the implementation and setup for numerous sites, including branches and warehouses. My oversight of the physical migration of our headquarters and the migration of virtual infrastructure demonstrates my ability to manage complex projects that require strategic planning and seamless execution. I am driven by a passion for leveraging technology to tackle intricate problems, streamline processes, and fuel organizational growth. My technical expertise includes managing Linux and Windows systems, container orchestration with Kubernetes using RKE2 and Rancher, and virtualization across VMware, Azure, and AWS, but not limited to these areas. Additionally, I have implemented robust cybersecurity measures, including CIS benchmarks for Windows desktops, servers, Microsoft Exchange, Linux, and ESXi environments, to safeguard our digital assets. As a Senior System Engineer, I am committed to enhancing my leadership skills and am eager to lead teams with a focus on strategic thinking and collaboration.
