About Mahtab Moradi

I have over 22 years of experience in the field of psychology, counseling, and behavioral management. I have applied psychology to marketing and consulting services including staff development, branding, and wholistic health programs. Currently my practice involves executive & performance coaching and bringing the practice of positive psychology in the workplace. I help teams with root cause analysis regarding issues of employee retention, positive work culture, intrinsic motivation, and performance. In addition, I coach company leaders on how to identify systemic patterns impacted by interpersonal communication and employee dynamics. In collaboration with the executive team, we create a culture of accountability with a focus on growth mindset and EQ based trainings to ensure strong ROI with each employee.
