About Maia Pedrotti

I started my career in the entertainment industry in 1997 working for the development and production of various media projects in different fields: Commercial Films, TV Ads, Music Videos & TV Programs. Given the experienced that I gained, I worked from 2005 to 2010 in the TV industry as Executive Producer for the production of several TV programs produced mainly by Endemol Italia and MTV Italia. One of the professional highlights of this period was my two years occupation as Executive Producer for the launch of BONSAI TV, a web-based TV channel owned by Endemol Italia. My work on this project included the supervision of the start-up process as well as the budgeting, creative development and production management of 37 original TV programs. In 2011, I was given the opportunity to challenge my skills and experience in international events. I led the Logistics Team for the production of a stadium-scale event in the capital of Turkmenistan (Ashgabat), which was a remote place full of logistic challenges. Following the successful outcome of this production, my work since then, and until 2015, has focused in the field of Logistic for Olympic scale & high-level international event such as the London 2012 Flag Handover Olympic Ceremonies and the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games Ceremonies where I was one of the Head of departments leading the entire Ceremonies Since 2015 I have mainly been focused on Event's Project management. I've led several multimillion projects as Project Manager, from client's contact to budget and creativity development and responsability. In 2018 I set up my own company to run an annual very big and very private event for Google Uk, The Google Partner Camp. I am now trying to apply my experience of project planning and optimization in new fields like training or culture.open to new adventure in different areas, as a project developer, consultant, or trainer for project management.I love to support the start up or the rethink to the new born projects
