I'm an innovative communications executive with over 17 years of know-how from the corporate world and public sector. I work in a field that is in the core of all business and leadership - communications and sustainability. I plan & lead effective communication strategies, change and employee communication programmes, build networks and provide strategical communication consultation and guidance. In my current role, I lead a customer-centric strategic comms unit of 11 professionals. I am punctual and detail oriented, but manage the big picture. I lead by trust and expect a lot as I am very committed myself. I create possibilities to prosper and give feedback continuously. Being innovative is one virtue - achieving the deliverables and reaching the targets are more valuable in my books. Anybody can pitch - but not all can catch.
