About Maija West

Dedicated and adaptable professional with six years of experience in childcare, including hands-on work with children with disabilities such as autism and learning challenges. My background also includes six months of experience as a personal shopper and online order packager, where I honed my organizational and customer service skills. I thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, showcasing a strong ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team efforts. My excellent writing skills and diverse experience have equipped me with the versatility to handle a variety of tasks with precision and creativity. I am seeking a career transition into a role that offers a balanced hybrid work environment. I am particularly interested in positions that provide the flexibility to work from home part-time while also incorporating in-person responsibilities. When in the office, I prefer a role that combines desk work with hands-on tasks throughout the workplace. This balance allows me to engage in focused, detail-oriented work at a desk while also contributing to diverse, active duties that require me to move around and interact with different aspects of the organization. I am open to any positions and would be interested in hearing for interested employers about potential job opportunities.
