Step by step I move forward with strategic intent, pursuing the next bigger challenge, hungry for a new difficult situation to master. My trek has taken me from Germany to the UK, Russia, and Kazakhstan, and back. Out of Controlling and into Finance, Business Development, and General Management. Give me plenty of tough issues to solve along with a well-matched team and supportive shareholders, and I’ll move borders.
