Background
About Maila Thon
I have been working in product development for over 17 years, from industrial design and UI/UX design to team leadership and project management. At BUSSE Design + Engineering, I develop complex HMI interfaces consisting of hardware and software components - operator HMIs - with my teams. During my career, I have been involved in the development of a wide range of products, from consumer goods, hand tools and kitchen appliances to complex machinery and equipment, capital goods, medical devices, electric vehicles, special vehicles and construction machinery. I love creating real added value for products in order to position them successfully on the market.
