About Maile Spenser

I am a Senior Employee Experience Partner at AdventHealth, where I facilitate HR programs and initiatives for over 2,900 employees across various departments. I have a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in HR Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I have developed core competencies in employee engagement, regulatory compliance, data governance, and onboarding.In my current role, I support candidate and new hire experience components, such as onboarding and orientation. I oversee the badge administration process, and complete background checks and employment verifications as necessary. I also track compliance-related functions, such as licenses and competencies using Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft. Previously, I was a Global HR Systems & Data Governance Intern at Aptar, where I supported projects and system enhancements based in SAP SuccessFactors, executed data audits and reporting, and created training materials for HR professionals. I am passionate about improving the employee experience and leveraging data and technology to enhance HR processes and outcomes. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
