I help high performing people and teams clarify their goals and challenges, so they feel confident in pursuing what is essential to their success. My combined experience in global, regional, and local roles help me become a deep listener and an empathic collaborator which I find key in coaching and activating global initiatives. Having a purpose, the space to deepen my expertise and the freedom to innovate are important for me to thrive in a workplace. I enjoy cooking for my friends and family, tending to my quaint (meaning tiny) garden, and going on an early morning hike followed by a lovely (meaning massive) meal after.
