With a Master's degree in Computer Applications and over five years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management, I have honed my skills in both teaching and technical domains. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the prestigious Amity Institute of Information Technology, Noida. My professional journey embarked in July 2018 when I joined Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management as an Assistant Professor. Over the course of five enriching years, I have effectively combined my academic expertise with practical insights, guiding and mentoring students in the realm of computer applications. This experience has not only refined my teaching skills but also deepened my understanding of the evolving technological landscape. I have made significant contributions to the field of technology through my research endeavors. My paper titled "Statistical Analysis of Student Feedback System Using Cronbach’s Alpha and Utility Measurement Process" was accepted at the International Conference on Infocom Technologies and Unmanaged System, Dubai, in December 2017. Subsequently, I delved into the realm of IoT with papers titled "Analysing IoT Automation Facilities in Hotel Rooms: Enhancing Guest Experience and Operational Efficiency" and "Cloud-Based Data Analytics Platform in the Hospitality Industry: A Comprehensive Analysis and Future Prospect," both accepted in Rajasthali Journal in August 2023. In addition, I have a patent application titled "A System and Method for Detection of Wallet Using IoT Sensor"(File no: 201811013631). In recognition of my dedication and innovation, I was honored with the "Best in Technical Innovation" award in May 2018.
