With over 9 years of industry experience inB2B sales, business development, and project management, I helped Cogoport scale its business and expand its global footprint by leveraging my expertise in key account management, growth marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM).I also oversaw projects for the implementation of digital transformation initiatives that enhanced the user experience, optimized operational efficiency, and increased revenue. Additionally, I conducted business analysis and strategic planning to identify new opportunities, markets, and partnerships. To support my professional growth and development, I completed MBA from IIM Lucknow and obtained three certifications in digital skills, data visualization, and international relations.
